                                                              Yoga and more Yoga

That's right. Last week I went to my favorite yoga studio, and got another membership. The whole month of January they were having a special 28 day challenge.  You pay $59 and have 28 days from the time you sign up to go to as many classes as you can.  I thought that was a great deal, and I wanted to get  back into yoga, so I signed up.  So far I've gone every day but one.  I love it.  I never feel so alive as when I've completed a class.  I feel it's gonna bring me the balance I so desperately need in my life.  Not to mention it's a great workout.  So that's what's been on my mind lately.  I'm going again to a relax class tonight at 7:30.  Can't wait.  Today after I pick up Kayla from school, I'm going to surprise her and take her to "Hotel for Dogs", a movie she's been asking to see since it came out.  She'll be so excited.  Besides that and my class, I guess that's all that's going on today.  I live a pretty relaxing life. I love it!

That sounds like a good time. I wish I were more into yoga..but I'm kind of trying. Wii fit yoga anyway..and I suppose that's better than nothing..but probably not totally the same.

Welcome to the community, Amanda! If you need more help just let me know. Love you!

I am so happy that you have a blog!!!! Yay!

You know I love yoga. Love it. I'm so glad you do too. I think it saved me during my divorce, forcing me to stay calm and centered and breathing.

Have fun at the movie! Love you!

Oh, the envy! I love yoga, it really helps me out, but I don't have the time (or the ability to parallel park) to do a class. I shall practice vicariously through you.

I just started Yoga on my new Wii. It's alot harder than I thought it would be. I'm going to perfect it though. Welcome to blogland!!! I've missed you. I've just been struggling with my sobriety. But I'm doing well so far this year. I'll talk to you soon!

Yay it's Amanda! How have you been?

I've never tried yoga. It looks like fun but I'm not sure I'd be any good at it. I LOVED Pilates though.

Have fun at the movies. My kids wanted to see that one as well.
